- All people can participate in our activities, It isn’t necessary to have a previous experience to take part in them.

- The minimum age to take part of rafting activity is 5 years old. All persons under 16 must be accompanied by the father, mother or tutors. They can also participate giving a letter signed by one of those where express in a clear and unequivocal willingness to be authorized them to participate in the excursion. Ask for more details to our customer support.

- We recommend that passengers to bring: extra pair of shoes, coat in cold days, swimsuit, towel, personal hygiene articles and  extra cloths depending on activities. The company will provide each passenger whit the technical equipment to enjoy the trip (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, dry jacket, life jacket, paddle, raft).

- The total duration of the activity includes: when you arrive at our operative rafting base, we are going to explain all, then you are going to dress whit the equipment , web ring you to the river and then the guide are going to give a lesson about the commands and the security tips (briefing).

- The price of the excursion includes all the signed points in the technical schedule at the voice “Includes” in each program, and for groups or private the accorded budget whit service details; we provide you all the technical equipment,( neoprene wetsuit, dry racket, life racket, paddle and of course the raft and professional guide), the transfer in-out the river, shower room, green area.

- Rafting Adventure can modify and / or cancel departures and / or navigable routes to force majeure, weather conditions and / or lake, in order to guarantee the security during the excursion.

- After booking a descent is necessary to tip 30% of the total price to be confirm. 

- Based on the art. 12 of the F.I.Raft rules, adventure sports as well, are not recommended for people with problem of heart, lumbar or cervical spine, pregnant women and / or ailments physical or psychical, or any disease associated with vigorous activities. In case of having any such condition, and / or allergy, is the passenger's responsibility to inform when booking the excursion. Everyone involved in the activity, accept of knowing the risks inherent in this activity and assume full responsibility for the same exonerating Rafting Adventure company from any liability or any inconvenience that might happen. Remember that not to drink alcohol or take drugs prior to any adventure activity. 

- Cancellation Policy: if you communicate the cancellation of the excursion whit more than 24 Hrs. in advance, usually we refund the total amount paid, if the cancellation is communicated with less than 24 hours of the date of the excursion, the company could not refund the amount paid.
