- All people can participate in our activities, It isn’t necessary to have a previous experience to take part in them.

- All persons under 18 must be accompanied by the father, mother or tutors. They can also participate giving a letter signed by one of those where express in a clear and unequivocal willingness to be authorized them to participate in the excursion.

- Children under 5 years can share the day with their families, but for security reasons and Naval Prefecture Argentina regulations they couldn’t do a descent, without any exception.

- Children under 14 years can participate only as passengers of the familiar excursion. For other activities, they couldn’t do a descent, without exception.

- The Rafting Adventure guides are professionals with experience and they have all the necessary documentation to undertake this activity, including documentation of Argentina Navy Prefecture and National Parks.

- The company has its offices open all the year to satisfy queries, make budgets, and so on. The period of operation for privates is from September to May, and for student groups and companies, from July to May.

- We recommend that passengers to take with them: extra pair of shoes (which can get wet), coat in cold days, swimsuit, towel, personal hygiene articles and  extra cloths depending on activities. The company will provide each passenger whit the technical equipment to enjoy the trip (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, dry jacket, life jacket, paddle, raft).

- Rafting Adventure can modify and / or cancel departures and / or navigable routes to force majeure, weather conditions and / or lake, in order to guarantee the security during the excursion.

- The photographic service, when provide, means taking pictures of passengers during the entire excursion. The cost of the photos is not included in the price of the excursion, is optional to buy it. The manner and time when these photographs are delivered to passengers depend on the particular requirements and technical capacity of the company to realize that request. This point excludes the photographs that individuals take whit their own cameras. Also, Rafting Adventure reserves all the right to sell, publish and / or use the photographs according to their discretion, as well as the unique owner of them. You can deny the use of your image, by writing request in the book claims, specifying day and type of the excursion, passenger name, identity card number and photographs.

- Each passenger could bring any personal element during the trip, provided that does not jeopardize the safety of him and / or the rest of the people who accompany them, or against morality and decency. The company is not liable for loss, breakage, theft or robbery of any of these items. The organization or the guides could suspend the activity if any of the elements that carry passengers might cause material or personal damage to themselves or any of the people who accompany the trip.

- Rafting Adventure don’t take any responsibility for the comments and / or photographs that could be used by not authorized person on the web page and / or blog Digital.

- Our activities as well as adventure sport, are not recommended for people with problem of heart, lumbar or cervical spine, pregnant women and / or ailments associated with vigorous activities. In case of having any such condition, and / or allergy, is the passenger's responsibility to inform when booking the excursion. Everyone involved in the activity, accept of knowing the risks inherent in this activity and assume full responsibility for the same exonerating Rafting Adventure company  from any liability or any inconvenience that might happen.

- Rafting Adventure has not responsibility for the publish opinion of third people (individuals, promoters, agents and / or tourism agency companies) who could sell or publish our activities by truthless or false information, not according whit the real  characteristics of the trip expressed on this site.

- The price of the excursion includes all the signed points in the technical schedule at the voice “Includes” in each program, and for groups or private the accorded budget whit service details.

- The company serves breakfast, lunch and / or snack for their passengers, depending on each excursion, with a fixed menu that will be informed at each at the moment of booking. For those who are vegetarian, we a have a special menu prepared with a wide variety of natural products. (Ask for Vegetarian menu when booking) no additional charge. The company can provide an alternative menu just to guarantee the service quality according to the technical possibilities of the moment.

- The company can modify the fixed menu of each excursion, so as to ensure the quality of food provided to the passengers.

- Methods of payment: the payment method availably are: by cash, by bank transfer or credit / debit card. If you pay by credit cards, you can do it one payment or in monthly payments (the passenger is the responsible to check if it means some extra fee or interest). Prices of tours are expressed in Argentine pesos.

- Cancellation Policy: if you communicate the cancellation of the excursion whit more than 24 Hrs. in advance, usually we refund the total amount paid, if the cancellation is communicated with less than 24 hours of the date of the excursion , the company could not refund the amount paid.

- Any person who takes part of our activities accepts the general conditions expressed in this website, which can also be consulted in the offices of Rafting Adventure.
